A supergroup is Telegram's larger, topic-enabled group type. 0xLISTS uses one as your bot's operator command room — it hosts updates, channel requests, and per-user DM threads. The setup wizard walks you through creating one in under two minutes.

Do I need technical skills?

No. If you can use Telegram and a website, you can use 0xLISTS. There's nothing to install and no code to write.

Can I migrate from another bot or platform?

What happens after my 14-day Pro trial?

If you don't add a card, your bot drops back to the Free plan (1 bot, 50 channels) — it keeps running, nothing is deleted. Add a card anytime to go Pro again. No surprise charges.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your dashboard — Stripe prorates automatically so you only pay the difference for the rest of the billing cycle.

What's the difference between Pro and Agency?

Pro is one operator running one network (300 per bot channels, white-label, 3 premium links). Agency is for teams running multiple networks — up to 5 bots managed from one dashboard, unlimited channels, 10 premium links per list, and priority support.

Can I pay in crypto?

Yes — USDT and USDC via NowPayments. Zero processing fees. The plan price is identical; checkout generates a payment address you transfer to.

Do you offer annual discounts?

Yes — flip the toggle above the plans to Annual and every paid plan is 20% cheaper than paying month-to-month for a year, billed once up front. Agency customers with custom needs can still email sales@0xlists.com.

What if I exceed my channel limit?

New join requests sit in a waitlist and don't appear in publications. You can remove inactive channels, upgrade the plan, or reject the waitlist. We notify you at 90% so you can decide before the queue forms.

How do I cancel?

Self-serve from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation isn't an immediate stop — you keep access through the end of your current paid month, then the bot pauses (doesn't delete). Data is retained for 90 days from that pause, and you can reactivate any time within that window with one click — no data loss, no re-setup.

Can I have multiple bots?

How many channels per bot?

Accepted Answer

Free: 50 channels free. Starter: 150. Pro: 300 per bot. Agency: unlimited. Soft-removed and paused channels don't count against the cap.

Can I customize messages?

Yes — every template (welcome, daily intro, bracket header, footer, etc.) is fully editable. Pristine templates auto-update when you change your network name or colours; customised ones stay put until you reset them.

Can I publish multiple times per day?

Today each bot publishes one scheduled list per day, at the hour and minute you pick (subscriber-local times render automatically). Multiple daily slots aren't available yet — if that matters for your audience, email sales@0xlists.com so we can prioritise it.

What's the difference between channels and groups?

Accepted Answer

Channels are broadcast (one-to-many); groups are chats (many-to-many). They scale differently, so 0xLISTS uses separate bracket sets for each — a 5,000-member chat group is a much bigger deal than a 5,000-member channel.

Does my bot post to multiple Telegram channels?

Accepted Answer

Yes — that's the whole model. Every cycle, your bot posts the full list to your network channel and a bracket sublist (pinned) to every participating channel. This cross-promotion is the default behavior, not a paid upgrade. Higher plans unlock more cycles per day and more participating channels, not more destinations per cycle.

My bot stopped working

Check the status dot in your dashboard. If red: verify the bot token is still valid in @BotFather (revoked tokens stop the bot). Also check /status for ongoing incidents. Full diagnostic flow in /help/troubleshooting.

Daily cycle didn't publish

Accepted Answer

Most common causes: bot missing 'Send Messages' in your network channel, bot missing 'Pin Messages' in participating channels (cross-pub still sends but doesn't pin), no active channels, or wrong timezone in your schedule. The supergroup summary report tells you exactly where the pin landed and which channels had permission issues.

Channels not showing up in the list

Excluded for one of: paused/inactive status, fell below bracket floor, channel went private, or bot lost admin on the channel. Check the channel's detail page for its current state.

Card was declined

Accepted Answer

Stripe shows the exact decline reason in your dashboard. Most often: bank fraud check (call your bank to approve), expired card, or wrong billing address. Update the card and we retry automatically.

Is my bot token safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tokens are encrypted at rest, decrypted only inside the worker that talks to Telegram, never logged, never displayed in the UI. If you suspect a leak, revoke the token in @BotFather and paste a new one — recovery takes 30 seconds.

Who owns my data?

You do. Cancel anytime and we delete everything within 90 days. Until then it's preserved so you can reactivate without re-doing setup. Export your data anytime from Settings → Data export.
