Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of 0xLists, operated by Empire Marketing LLC. It applies to every account, bot, channel, group, link, and destination you connect through the Service and forms part of our Terms of Service. 0xLists is a neutral, passive infrastructure provider: you — not 0xLists — are responsible for the content your bots publish and for the third parties whose content you admit. Violating this AUP may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination, and, where required by law, preservation of records and reporting to the authorities.
1. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use the Service to create, store, promote, distribute, or link to:
- Illegal content — anything unlawful under United States federal law, the law of the State of New Mexico, or the law of your own jurisdiction.
- Violence, extremism & terrorism — content that incites, threatens, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or violent extremism.
- Human trafficking & exploitation — content that promotes or facilitates trafficking or the sexual or labor exploitation of any person.
- Malware, fraud & phishing — malicious software, scams, phishing, credential theft, or deceptive financial schemes.
- Spam & abuse — unsolicited bulk messaging, artificial engagement, or attempts to circumvent rate limits, anti-fraud controls, or platform fees.
- Intellectual-property infringement — content that infringes copyright, trademark, or other IP rights. Copyright complaints are handled under our Copyright Policy (DMCA).
- Impersonation & misrepresentation — impersonating a person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation or identity.
- Affiliate fraud — self-referrals or otherwise generating fraudulent affiliate referrals.
2. Child safety — zero tolerance
We have zero tolerancefor child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and for any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor. This includes such content and any link or destination that provides access to it. Where we become aware of it, we will preserve the material and associated records, disable access, terminate the account, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law.
3. Enforcement
0xLists is infrastructure: we do not pre-screen or proactively monitor the channels, groups, links, or destinations you connect. We act on reports and on content we otherwise become aware of. At our discretion, and without limiting other remedies, we may remove or disable content, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve records, and cooperate with valid legal process. We may act without prior notice where the content or the law requires it.
