Last updated: 2026-07-09

Empire Marketing LLC, which operates 0xLists, respects the intellectual property of others and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). 0xLists is a neutral infrastructure provider and does not create or curate the content its users publish; if you believe material made accessible through the Service infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a notice as described below.

1. Filing a DMCA notice

Send a written notice to our Designated Agent (below) that includes all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, a link, channel identifier, or message reference).
  4. Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. Counter-notification

If your material was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the Designated Agent including: your signature; identification of the material and its location before removal; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number, together with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, for the district where we may be found) and accepting service of process from the complainant. We may restore the material after the period provided by the DMCA unless the complainant files a court action.

3. Repeat infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

4. Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices and counter-notifications to our Designated Agent:
